Swimmer Drop Off
Swimmer drop off is located on the south side of Rennebohm Park, along Regent Street. Drivers should approach the pool heading West on Regent (along the park) to avoid swimmers crossing through traffic. We will have volunteers available to help younger swimmers find their team tent while you park your car.
Tent City
Tent City will be located in Rennebohm Park on the corner of Regent Street and N. Eau Claire Avenue. Eau Claire Avenue will be closed to traffic between Buffalo Trail and Regent Street to allow swimmers safe access to Clerk of Course (located on Buffalo Trail) and the pool.
Parking/Bike Parking/Transit
We are not selling premium parking for the All City Meet. Parking is available on the neighborhood streets surrounding the pool. (Please do not park in the lots behind the apartment buildings along Eau Claire or Sheboygan Avenues.) Reserved parking for people with handicap plates or tags is located along Regent Street adjacent to the pool and along Eau Claire Avenue south of Regent Street.
Bike to the Meet: Ample bike parking will be located in Rennebohm Park along Regent Street. We encourage swimmers and families who live close enough to bike to consider doing so.
Take the Bus: Hill Farm Swim Club is also conveniently located between two BRT stops — on Whitney Way at Regent Street, and on Sheboygan Avenue at Eau Claire. Both offer a short walk to the pool.
Clerk of Course
Clerk of Course will be located on the North side of the pool on Buffalo Trail. Swimmers will enter from Eau Claire Avenue. We will have baskets for shoes, glasses, etc., but swimmers are encouraged to only bring their caps and goggles to Clerk.
First Aid
The First Aid tent will be located on the South side of the pool, along Eau Claire Avenue.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found for valuable items (phones, keys, wallets, etc.) will be located at the Volunteer Check-In tent on the Northwest corner of the pool parking lot. Because of limited space, the Lost and Found will not be able to hold t-shirts, swim caps, sweatshirts, etc.
